Guest guest
Look on the bright side .... you now will have LOTs of time to take more pictures of your food!!! OK, kidding. The Cadbury Egg care package is on the way. Don't bleed on Evil Trainer's equipment- I shudder to think of what the rep/set punishment for that would be! Guest guest
- Oh bummer!!!!! Well, I'm not one to give advise on the subject, but I'd be doing the same thing... Hell, my 3rd day of BFL I dropped a heavy glass lid RIGHT on my big toe, and it swelled up 2x its size, I couldn't put on shoes or anything and the DR said to elevate and NOT walk on it... Hell the next morning I was in tears trying to do my step aerobics... OH well! Well I hope everythings okay! Take care of yourself though! ~kimmah Woe is Me Normally, I'm the club cheerleader and comic relief but it's my turn to whine! I went to the dermatologist this morning for the annual mole patrol. (Burned myself up in tanning beds in my youth.) I now have a punch biopsy and stitches on my right lat. I was told not to stretch or contract the incision FOR A MONTH. No back, chest, or overhead shoulder training FOR A MONTH. There is no way in hell I will follow that advice! I give it about a week before I rip my stitches out and bleed to death on an incline bench. Sigh...
Guest guest
, is this just a routine thing or do we need to worry about skin cancer? I will gladly add you to my " worries " list until the results are here... Park Woe is Me > Normally, I'm the club cheerleader and comic relief but it's my turn to whine! Guest guest
Technically, I am waiting to find out if it's skin cancer. I'm not worried about it though. The last dozen or so times, the biopsies were all negative. Although, every time they punch a new hole in me, I do ask myself what the hell I was thinking! The price you pay for being a tan teenager is looking like a human peg board when you're 35. LOL Re: Woe is Me , is this just a routine thing or do we need to worry about skin cancer?
