Guest guest
Yes your on the higher side some men do fine up to 30 pg/ml I don't anything over 20 pg/ml I have a problem. If you don't have night time and morning wood then your levels are to high. I gage my Estradiol E2 levels by my wood I find this is the best gage for this problem. When you take Arimidex or Indolplex/DIM to being this down you can go to low and this is just as bad. But going to low will kill your wood dead your penis will go into hiding and you can't get it up taking Viagra. So it's easy to tell when your going to low. And going to low is just as bad for you as to high. Your joints can hurt and you can have bone loss if your to low for a very long time. As for your Dr. if she was not up for testing this your wasting your time talking about it with her. But one reason you might me to high is this dam big shot you do every 2 weeks. Doing 200mgs a lot of this big shot will convert into Estradiol E2 it's made from Testosterone. So ask her to show you how to do your own shots and do them 100 mgs per week. Doing this will keep you more leveled and hold down the E2 levels. Even in the AACE Guidelines on page 11 it starts to do shot every 7 to 10 days to keep you off this roller coaster ride up after the shot only to fall very low by the next one. http://www.aace.com/pub/pdf/guidelines/hypogonadism.pdf http://spotinjections.com/index3.htm Most of us men do are own shots and shoot into the thigh. As this E2 goes up so dose your SHBG levels and this binds up your Free Testosterone levels. So here is what I would do if I were you get some Indolplex/DIM. Take one tablet at dinner time and when you are lower you will get some dam strong night time and morning wood the kind that will wake you up and you can hand a coat on it. This means your at your best levels. Your nipple problem will go away and your Free T levels will go up. Keep a log on what your taking and how your wood is doing so you can tell if you go to low. If you lose your wood stop the DIM until it comes back then that day go back on it but cut the tablet in half. When my E2 levels are to high I have had in the past a Panic Attack problem. The feelings of high E2 set me off and I feel Panic feelings most of the day and at times will have an attack. I sweat and look red on the upper parts of my body and face, have sore and hard nipples even will break out in a rash on my legs and under my arms on the side of my body. I also had some bad ED problems from it and could not reach an orgasm and had BPH my voiding was slow and I had one bladder infection after the other. All of this went on for about 10 yrs until I found out my E2 levels were very high getting them down I got my sex life back feel better and my Prostate when down in size. Guest guest
If you are doing a 200 mg shot every 2 weeks then your T spike is probably REALLY HIGH. Most of us never shoot more than 100 mg at a time - at this level your T will peak around 1400 ng/dl - this will cause a spike in your estradiol (E2) which is probably causing your nipple issues. Another symptom would be mood swings - I get real emotional like I cry easy when my E2 is too high and my nipples itch. Where in your cycle did you get checked for E2? For example if it was at the begining of your cycle while your T was high - 36 is not bad but if it was at the end of your cycle then your peak was probably a lot higher. Shooting 100 mg my E2 spikes to 56 and coasts down to 30 without using arimidex. Using arimidex it keeps it more like 30-20. My opinion would be do your own shots and shoot 100mg every 7 days and talk to your Dr. about arimidex. You can try DIM and zinc and see if it works - was not strong enough for me. - Arkansas From: csgelber@... <csgelber@...> Subject: Need Help: Esridiol, nipples and testosterone Question Date: Sunday, March 7, 2010, 8:21 PM  Got my Esridiol checked (did this on my own, after one doctor laughed at me for asking for it and then denied it) and it came back 36.2 pg/ml reference interval of 7.6-42.6 Have been getting T injections of 200 MG twice a month. Thinking (afraid) my nipples are darker, firmer and looking more femanine. Not sure if I am imagining this., Is this possible with an Estradiol level of 36.2?? What would be an ideal estradiol level for a 43 year old man? I am supposed to get my next T-shot in 2 days. Do I definetly need to contact my doctor and mention this stuff to her? I might mention Indoplex/DIM or Armidex. Any thoughts??? thanks in advance > > > > > > > > > > > From: csgelber@ <csgelber@> > > > > > > Subject: What is going on with my > > > > body? > > > > > > > > > > > > Date: Friday, February 5, 2010, 1:07 PM > > > > > > How can testosterone be 552 , > > > > > > with free testosterone on the low side?
