Guest guest
OK now we are back to your poor diet doing this to your body it's shut down and in time it should come back. All you can do now is to be sure your Thyroid is OK with the right labs and your Adrenals are good with the right rhythm of Cortisol levels read this link. http://livingnetwork.co.za/hormones/adrenal-fatigue/ Young men I have come across that did what you did most of them were into bodybuilding and went on crazy diet to get there % of body fat down and were over doing it in the weight room. Ended up like your self with a low Thyroid and over stressed Adreanls. When they went back on a good Diet and stop the working out and treated there Thyoid and Adrenals they got better and there Testosterone levels came back up but this took time for some 6 months others over a year. Guest guest
Hopefully sooner because I'm young, at one point I even had high cortisol so I don't think my adrenals are too messed up. My most recent 3x cortisol which was taken last month was pretty good with a reading of: Morning 15  (5–23 mcg/dL) Noon 10 (3–13) mcg/dL Night 5 (2-8) mcg/dL  ________________________________ From: philip georgian <pmgamer18@...> Sent: Wed, November 4, 2009 10:10:31 AM Subject: Re: Re: Riddle me this  OK now we are back to your poor diet doing this to your body it's shut down and in time it should come back.
