Guest guest
Hi again everyone, I have a new question/problem. My rheumy said I had to go to an ENT because of my ear infections that don't seem to go away (but I swim ALL the time and earplugs make me dizzy-I told her that) anyway, I went to the ENT and my ears are fine. The audiologist even did some stuff and I am ok. I was about to leave and he saw that i get dizzy on the questionaire thingy. I put it down cuz it asked-haha, but I take so much medication, I figured dizzy came with the territory. It is far down on my body's list of things I need to deal with now. But he asked me to put my feet together and close my eyes. I fell over immediately. That was weird, how did he do that?? Then I couldn't find my own nose with eyes closed. I was feeling very dumb and embarrassed. I told him it had to be medication and I was fine. He insists I go to another office next week and have inner ear and auditory brain stem testing. *sigh* He made a good point about me falling down stairs and making my arthritis hurt more....OK, is dizziness normal with the remicade, mxt, voltaren...and has anyone had this testing done? It is 2 hours of testing that i don't want.....but if I need it......*double sigh* Is anyone as tired of doctors as me? Thanks, Tammie
