I started taking 2000 I.U. of Vitamin D every morning about two months ago - for

nothing in particular other than reading that many people do not get enough in

their usual diet. My Psoriasis is rated " light " , but what I did have has

completely disappeared. while my arthritis has remained as painful as ever, the

only thing I can point to as eliminating my Psoriasis is the Vitamin D.

But that's just me. Results are sometimes different from one patient to another

when it comes to medications and/or supplements. Just thought I'd share my

positive outcome.
