Guest guest
I was tested for food allergies about three weeks ago. It turned out that the foods I was allergic to were things I was eating almost every day! Potatoes, tomatoes, eggs, spinach, bananas, soy products . . . Since I've cut out the bad foods, I can't believe how much better I feel. I don't seem to have IBS anymore. I have a little more energy, and when I get tired, it doesn't take three days to get over it. The pain and snap/crackle/pop have been much diminished. A girl at my church was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. But she tested negative for the RA antigen. Her sister, a Whole Foods devotee, suggested she get tested for food allergies. The girl had a serious milk intolerance, and when she cut out dairy products, her symptoms went away. Now I know PA isn't as simple as all that. But I would highly recommend anyone to get tested, because I see food allergies as another stressor hammering on the disease. Norell
