Guest guest
After reading this group for several years I am thankful to be as healthy as I am, though I am subject to debilitating flare ups. It seems that I cannot jog or run, but I can ride a bicycle and do other low-impact exercise. I asked my pharmacist about my injections of Enbrel. She said that if I wait 2.5 hours after injecting I would be fine to exercise. But I wonder if the group has insight into that. When I ride I sweat profusely, esp. in the heat. It feels like it would create a problem at any point even 24 hours later.
Guest guest
I typically inject on Saturday mornings, then do a 3-4 mile jog plus yardwork, and haven't noticed any excessive sweating. Although I live in the upper midwest, we do get some 85+ degree days with measurable humidity, so I do have some sweat, just nothing out of the ordinary. I've been on Enbrel for 8-9 years, so I wonder if my body has simply adjusted to it?
