I had to quite my home health job in March ( lots of beans & rice now) My Dr. gave me two samples of Humiria, after the 1st shot my swelling was gone. But now I am having trouble with BC & BS trying to get the Rx filled. I also have fibro. My shoulders & hips give me fits, he said xray show bursitis & tendonitis. Injections only help the hips (bursitis) not the shoulders (tendonitis). Some things I read say this can be a complication of PA. I guess I am confused about " connective tissue disease. I don't guess it really matters which it is, it hurts. As you know I am still waiting to hear from disability. Two denial because of age 46 & education ( Respiratory Therapist). I wish they could find me a job with all these drugs & having trouble dressing myself etc. I still wouldn't wish this on anyone, some days are just so depressing.
