Hi Everyone,

A few weeks ago I faxed my doctor to see what the preliminaries showed. Had

my biopsy Dec.15th. Well the doc called today when I wasn't home and left a

message His message was that " I have a nerve disease and a muscle disease as

he thought. however the muscle disease may be caused by the nerve disease. "

How's that for an answer! No mention of what these diseases are. I know he

said originally that he was almost positive it was CMT. Previously I had

been dx'd w/ mitochondrial myopathy. So maybe the nerve disease is CMT and

the muscle is the mito. Oh well what is a few more months to wait.!!!

Don't give new people the wrong idea -- biopsies for CD are done by the mouth only (endoscopy). Nothing is shoved up, as you put it. Or down either, for that matter.

I did...

and it showed that I do have both genetic markers..it showed high

and as miserable as I was and as great as I feel now.. gluten free..

I do not need anything shoved up my butt or down my throat to tell me

otherwise... otherwise...<wbr>. I did the blood test after I went

will still show a wheat allergy... mine was 13.8... I am also fatally

allergic to peanuts 24.5...
