advice for inflamed and stiff fingers

Hi Friends, I'm in South TX. I was wondering if anyone had any

advice for decreasing the inflammation and stiffening of the fingers.

I have several fingers that are swollen and stiff. All I do (aside

from taking my meds (sulfasalazine & plaquinil) and Ibuprofen) is try

to keep them moving as much as I can. I guess you can say I'm not

giving up hope for any type of help.
