Guest guest
I do have Psoriasis for the past few years. But a mild one. It gets worst in winter abd improves in summer. For the past 2 years i feel pain on my joint when i climb staircase. So can anyone tell me how do i get relief? Is there any exercise to get relief from pain [Editor's Note: If your body can tolerate exercise that is not too hard on the joints, you should be all means exercise. Aquatics is an excellent sport for those of us whose joints hurt too much for other forms of exercise. There is a wonderful tape on the Arthritis Foundation's website: www.arthritis.org called People with Arthritis Can Exercise or PACE. I highly recommend it. More importantly, you need to get a proper diagnosis by a rheumatologist (the psoriasis is a big clue that you might have PA). Your rheumy will then work with you to help you find the right medication or combination of medications that may help your pain, reduce the inflammation and slow down the spread of the disease. So, first and foremost, get to a rheumatologist. Kathy F.]
