I went off the MTX cause I was feeling better (also been using DMSO

which seems to help) for 2 weeks. I felt pretty good. I felt the

deep down tingles/numbness coming back so did 10 mgs MTX. I developed

mouth ulcers, sore throat, feel tired, had to leave work early one day

cause I felt like crap. I don't know if I'm doing this again, maybe,

but perhaps at 5 mg every 2 weeks. ...I'll see how it goes... Good

news is I haven't used my walking stick in 3 weeks. I also have folic

acid supplements that I take. This is the first time it has made me sick.

I have discovered that my job causes my PA to flare. I'm better on

weekends, get worse through out the week. I'm looking for a new job

(while also starting a couple of my own business's). The job and

money is not worth getting sick over. They like to pile on the stress

and treat me bad. Last week I yelled at some one who was shouting in

my ear. I would quit today if I had the bucks, presently am using up

my personal days to get every second friday off. After that comes

vacation days.

I'm considering stopping rhuemy drugs, quiting my job, getting a low

paying, close to home job, going on the county health plan, eating

well, enjoying a low stress (and cash) existence.

I have been doing the black seed for 2 weeks, no change that I can

tell, it tastes really bad too, so am going to put it in capsules

soon. I still eat it cause I don't see where the harm would be, and

I'm of the attitude that I'll try anything. But not the wonder I was

hoping for, maybe long term will be better - we shall see. If you are

going to try it raw, I recommend mixing it in yogurt with honey.

Still hangin in there and hope you all are too
