20yr old with guttate psoriasis

Hello All, Looking for some advice for a friend. Her 20 yr old daughter has been

diagnosed with guttate psoriasis on her elbows and knees....wondering if anyone

out there had this form of psoriasis before going on to develop pa? also, any

" natural " cure suggestions?
