I would like to know how you all cope with pain and flare ups and maintaining

your job performance. I've been on MTX and Daypro, but on my bad days, I find

that it's really hard to get through the day effectively. I'm finding my

stamina is really affected, and by the end of the day, I'm so wiped out I'm

unavailable to my family. This totally sucks! Any and all ideas are welcome.
