Bipolar/Menieres

I feel comfortable to share with you guys here as no one judges you

or labels you a hypocondriac.. (sp?)and I know you don't mind

listening.

Does anyone else here have bipolar? Had this little gem for 17

years. I usually manage quite well on 100mg of Zoloft but am

thinking I may have to get this upped. (Or go off it, I wouldn't

mind a manic episode - would at least get the house cleaned - lol) I

am feeling a bit fragile lately and have read a few posts about

depression with pa. So I am not sure if it is my bipolar raising its

ugly head or pa just wearing me down (probably both). I also have

mild ocd which is normally under control..but. Something else I will

need to discuss with a new pcp, not that they will understand.

Also with this latest " flare " for want of a better word (you all

know what I mean) my Menieres - tintinitus is out of control and

driving me mad at present. I reckon the pain killers have put the

conductor to sleep and the drum and violin sections are out of

control doing their own thing. lol.

I can feel a vertigo episode coming on (ears are really loud and

feeling really full), but fingers crossed I am very wrong. I have

only had 3 vertigo attacks in the last 10 years, so have been very

lucky. I can't imagine trying to cope with vertigo with the pa, bit

of a hoot really when I think about it. Keeping positive that this

won't happen.
