Guest guest Posted March 18, 2006 Report Share Posted March 18, 2006 If you need ice packs for injections or aches and pains this is a good thing to have one or two of your freezer. Double a zip type bag of whatever size you wish. Put into it 3 parts water and one part rubbing alcohol. Put it in your freezer. It won't freeze completely solid because of the alcohol and you can mold it to whatever body part needs ice. --------------------------------- Bring photos to life!
