Hi ,

Since you are having specific heel pain, you may want to get that

xray'd. I got a heel spur from Lyme disease, and it can be helped, I

hobbled around for well over a year, not being able to put weight on the

heel. You should see what it looks like on an xray....it looks like a fish

hook....no wonder it hurts so bad. Amazing to me that one cortisone shot

took care of all the pain.

Someday I will get to Disney, not worrying about it right now though.

Hugs,

Marta

Sounds like you need to come to Minnesota and borrow my roof......my

heel spurs were so bad I had them darn thing a ma chigs in all my

shoes......and STILL could hardly walk to my mail box........once I took

that fall off the roof ALL symptoms have disappeared.......my dr has

asked if he can send his other patients on by.......lol.....I diagnose

it as a build up of calcium on the bottom of the foot that needs to be

broken up... my dr said maybe a baseball bat would work???.........good

That's how my heel pain began, shortly after my tick bite, it would come

and go, and then it became unbearable, I sprained my right ankle, and my

left foot had the heel spur, so I had no choice but to go to the podiatrist

for the shot....I wish I had gone much sooner, but as always, I put it off.

See if your doctor will write you another script for the foot, I don't think

the xray technician will do it with out his referral.

Many of us suffer with severe foot pain, that eventually comes under control

when we go on the right antibiotics. I recall every single step was painful

for such a long time, sometimes felt like I was walking on glass. Now my

feet hurt only when I first get up from sitting or lying down, and then they

get better.

Yes, there have been a few posts about negative tests at IGenex, so

looks like their testing is legitimate.

Marta,

The pain on the ball of my seft foot stayed for about a week when I

first got ill. Had no idea what was going on. It left as fast as it came.

The heel pain comes and goes...I think it is in the nerve. That comes

and goes also. They are going to exray my knee maybe they will take a look

at my foot. I have severe pain in both feet, right in the side of the feet.

Feels like it is in the bones. can hardly walk when thie happens, which is

quite often.......Bye the way, have you heard about any neg. test through

IgeneX? It worried me when I read a post about it the other day.....Hugs

Hello ,

Try dealing with a few things, that I have had luck with.

1. Check out their iodine level. As strange as it seems it can have an effect on bone spurs. Test matrix type in Iodine in Search box, and look at results...test those necessary.

2. Check the parathyroid, this is where the body distributes the calcium. If it doesn't work then all the calcium/magnesium you take in will not be used in the bone but misplaced into spurs, kidney/gall bladder and liver stones. Yuck! Test matrix type in parathyroid in test matrix. Check spinal//short sarcodes//sarcode graph look for location of parathyroid. Spinal//Timed therapies//parathyroid: Designate the areas of concern, ie degeneration, detox, inflammation, energy flow, heat. Whatever their symptoms are in the region.

3. Look for the cause. Test matrix page//Therapies//Cause/Cure/Palitation or Patient superconcious (same thing) Type in Bone Spurs and see the connection. If you do not know how to do this contact me, it's also in the manual I wrote (Quantum-life distributes).

4. Dental//References//Iridology, Reflexology, etc//Ear & misc//endocrine. Double click on the glands until the rectified (bottom of page) is over 85%.

5. Check their minerals to see if they are getting any Calcium & magnesium. Add boron to absorb into the bone, and check potassium (it's the center of the cells) if it's not there adding anything won't matter the cell just collapse.

6. HOW MUCH POP/SODA do they drink? The carbonation in the pop will pull calcium from the bone and put it into stones or spurs.

7. How much anger are they retaining? Gone through?? Liver, gallbladder, thyroid and Parathyroid are affected by this emotion. Especially the gallbladder and the parathyroid when it is excessive. You probably have some issues to deal with here. If you need help with this let me know. But start with doing Spinal//NLP//Karma then Emotions chart then top of the page under therapies (drop down) work there for anger, or any other emotional release / help they need.

8. Spinal//Cranial, Sacral//Foot reflexology.

9. Spinal//Bone do work for any that apply here.

Hope this helps you start.

Yours in Health

Kathy

I've had good luck with keyword searching "Bone Spur" on main test page and zapping that 1-3 times.

Hi

I have treated heel spurs on a lady with Silica 6X, 12x and the 30C successfully. I also treated her parathyroid with Jugulans reg 30C as I feel this is always at fault with calc absorbtion problems. She was on crutches she was in so much pain and now walks fine. Her ex-rays proved that the spurs had 'disappeared'.

You could also try Aranea diadema for the pain. Please be aware that homoeopathy works on a very personal assessment, so what's good for the one might do nothing for the next one.

Hope this helps anyway

Check pH, minerals, digestion and thyroid.

Orthomolecular: Iodine (potassiumiodide), Ca/mg combination or multi minerals and flax seed oil. Proteolitic enzymes 1 hour before meals in high dose. Futher test glucosamine, chondroitinesulfate and vit. D.

Worse making products: dairy, citrus, gelatine.

i got a great remedy for this... an 5 ml incetion of Sancombi (mychokhel &

nigersan) take this away in less than one hour! To apply on the skin (the

thin above the heel), it would take longer - some days- but it works.

ME TOO!!! I had them years ago before any major problems. I had the

injections but they did not help. Then I had a podiatrist make me orthotics

and I

wore them for a long time. The pain completely disappeared in time and I

have not had a problem with the spurs since that. I don't even wear the

orthotics anymore

Hi Beth

Heel Spurs was one of the first signs of PA I had many, many years ago .

I didnt realise it at the time and not for many years later actually.

I initially started off with ready made inserts that you could buy from the

chemist

here in Australia. That releived the pain enourmously. I then had custom made

inserts and wore them till the flare up subsided. Ive never had it again

although

Im sure the spurs are still there. Yes try the inserts first before even

contemplating

surgery. Thats my advice

Cheers

Dianne

Does anyone suffer from this? I have them and just got custom inserts.

I am going to try them before surgery. I bet I will still have to have

surgery. I also suffer from pain due to weather (in Atlanta,GA). I take

Enbrel and mobic and flexeril. I do not think mobic works so on bad

days I end up taking a Lortab. I have had an ulcer so I can not take

Feldene.
