I just joined and am starting to get the flow of things, please

forgive me if I say anything that is out of bounds on the board, I

dont know folks well enough yet.

I started with pain in my left ear and Jaw in 1994, doc said it was

sinus infections, treated me with antibiotics, pain kept coming back,

then it was TMJ, but the specialist I went to said it was not, so No

TMJ no sinus problems, but still pain, I started to notice the small

joint on my little fingers started to get a ridge and become painful,

them larger growths on other joints on the fingers. Neck pain, taking

in the left jaw and ear, grew a hell of a hump of fatty tissue on my

neck, Then panic attacks, foot pain, knee pain , general pain. I

thought it was age, docs told me it was nothing. I was in a car

accident in 1984 and damaged my neck, it has gotten unbearable. I get

pain so bad, my only hope is to vomit and pray for sleep. All of this

seems to come in waves, brought on by God knows what. I would swear

that the soft tissue around my joints swells up right before a bad

attack, I can feel it coming, almost like I feel toxic. Docs say it

is PA, and I started MethTrex, it makes me feel sick for about a day,

then I am OK. It seems to be helping the small pains, fingers, feet ,

knees, but 2 weeks ago I got extreme pain in my right arm, had an

MRI, they tell me I have a few bone spurs and bad discs at c2-3 and c

5-6, shot me up with something, brought the pain under control, but

the doc says the MRI doesnt look bad enough to have caused the pain,

I think it is the swelling going up and down. Sorry I am venting, but

this has been a real struggle. I test positive for the HBLA thing.

anyone with the same type problems, can anyone shed any light. Free
