Re: Lasik - rejected due to PA

Hi I went in for a free exam for lasik about 4 years

ago.

The Doctor would not consider me as a candidate for

Lasik

due to PA. They didn't know much about PA but as it

is a autoammune disease they wouldn't consider it.

Let me know if anyone else was able to get the Lasik

that has PA.

hi,

3 years ago i was rejected as well but not because of PA but because of the

psoriasis itself, as the opthalmologist explained that the disease is

unpredictable and it may attacks the eyes and recommended that i dont go to any

other doctor who might agree to the lasik, and here i am still wearing contacts

and glasses, no problem with that.
