yet another methotrexate question

Hi All,

I read all of the posts and learn a lot but this is still very new to me. I

started on Methotrexate about 5 months ago and am now supposed to be on 6 tabs

once a week. I consistently have vomiting the day of or the day after the dose,

bad headaches,and abdominal pain even though I am dividing the dose , taking it

with lots of H2O and with food . I am about ready to give up on it because now

have started having ++ dental issues. Two molars have chipped severely and are

in the process of being crowned. I have never had problems with my teeth before

and wonder if anyone else has run into this ? Perhaps my teeth are just wearing

out and this is a coincidence???

I am not severely affected by this arthritis but the rheumatologist says the

best way to fight the disease is to hit it hard and prevent further

deterioration. I just don't know what is worse- the stiffness and aches and

pains or the side effects?

Any suggestions or comments on the dental stuff?
