I may need one soon, but my real concern is 2 of my friends. One of them has been turned down once, and the other one is only 39 and SO depressed that I worry about her constantly. They are in such need! And because we are the fastest growing commnity in the nation--and have been for over 20 consecutive years--all our federal, state and local agencies are incredibily understaffed and overworked.Their facilities, staffing, etc, are always increased based on statistics that are old. The only thing that is up-to-date is the Strip. We want your tourist dollars. I sholdn't say that--it's just so frustrating and worrying. Any suggestions from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
