Guest guest
My husband and I went mattress shopping today. We went into a local chain store. It went well and we were seriously considering coming back on Monday to purchase the mattress set. As we were walking out the door my husband turned around and caught the salesman making fun of how we walked. My husband needs one knee replaced and his other leg is numb from a back problem. I have severe PA and am recovering from extensive foot surgery on my right foot, I wear two completely different shoes. I have always considered that there are those who would make fun of me, but to have a sales clerk on commission do it in a professional setting is infuriating. I will be calling the manager on Monday, what good it will do is questionable. We don't have much money, my husband was laid off a year ago and is going to college full-time and I am unable to work, this day was a big deal to us and to have this happen just makes me feel like I've had my teeth kicked in. It is physically and mentally exhausting to go out and about, to have this happen is seriously disheartening. Thanks for listening. -Eileen
