Guest guest
, Hi, thanks for the compliment! I just returned from my post-op appointment and am happy to report that my vision is greatly! I had some bloodveins repaired, from, also cataract surgery. I had my left eye done a while back and now my right. So, in no time, I should be seeing like crazy. Right now, I have partial vision back, just not really clear, because the eye remains dilated for quiet some time after the surgery. It's funny, but I remember someone asking if Life Lift would be beneficial for the eyes, and I have to say that my eye doctor says that he's noticed a marked improvement in my eye pressure as well as vision, in the last year. So, I guess that would suggest that the oxygen is also great for our eyes. Boy, it's great to see everyone really getting those breathing workouts done. I'm still trying to catch up on my email, but it looks like this group is certainly on the way to great health improvements and definite inch loss! Keep up the good work ladies! I'll write more later and hope everyone is doing well. Sincerely, Tami
Guest guest
Tami, what kind of eye surgery did you have? You have got to be the strongest woman I have ever had the privilege to know. I pray for you every day and will continue to do so. I know the Lord will take care of you. Get some rest and let your wonderful family pamper you. Guest guest
, Yep, I'm doing great! Today my vision is even better than yesterday. Things are still a little fuzzy when trying to read, but I knew that would be the case, since a false lens is placed in the eye which doesn't allow the eye to adapt to reading type situations. How's the breathing going? Gotta love that oxygen! Hope all is well and I'll be watching for your posts of health and inch loss success! Sincerely, Tami
Guest guest
Thanks for letting me know about your surgery Tami. I was worried about you. Isn't it just amazing how good all this oxygen is for us? And it's free, if we'll just take advantage of it. God bless you, Re: My eyes > , > Hi, thanks for the compliment! No one else has told me that. My friend, Bob, fellow DSer whom I hadn't seen in a very long time was only known to me by looking at his sparkling eyes! I did NOT recognize him by his body. LOL I think it is neat that it happened to you, Marta! Hugs and blessings, Ann
Guest guest
I am just now getting to my Heterochromia email and was interested in the one by . Were your eyes the same color prior to your surgery or the bark removal. I was born with one eye blue an the other 90% brown, much like 's. My pictures are in for approval so they should be up somewhat soon. For anyone who has a kid with two different colored eyes, it's great. Growing up I always got a lot of attention, which isn't what I was necessarily looking for, but it helped break the ice pretty easy... especially with girls. Your kid may get teased a bit, but it shouldn't bother them. Usually people are too mesmorized (sp?) to tease....just ask dumb questions. Did you know that.... Anyway, They should be proud they are unique and always be reassured of that. My best, > > Hey everyone, > > My name is and I am 20 years old. Guest guest
Well I had to see the Opthalmologist again today because my eyes are hurting again and I could tell that the pressure was up because my eyes get hard. I was right. The pressure was up again and I am back on the glaucoma drops and am being referred to a specialist in Boston. That's 4 or 5 hours from me but this doctor might come to Albany NY once a month. Geez I hope so...that's 45 min from me. I just went to the doctor's website and from what I can tell....he see's people who's sight is in jeopardy. Not liking that too much. Scared to death to tell ya the truth. If they think I should go to Boston...I'm going. I don't know how I'm going but I'll get there. I just wish I could get back on the Enbrel. I really think it might help somehow. -Betz
