hi intro from new member and some questions

Hi have just found this forum after searching the web for a blog of

experiences of taking Humira, and not really finding much.

I am from the UK, and have had psoriatic arthritis for 9 years now and

was treated with MTX relatively successfully (nausea aside) for about

7-8 years.

over the last 18 months I have had severe cold intolerance, sometime

associated with Raynauds, sometimes not and constantly feeling cold

and tired. I have had a flare lasting 12 months which recently got

worse and I made the decision to try Humira.

I have only just had my second dose, Shortly after the first dose I

noticed that I did not feel as cold and tired for a few days and then

went back to " normal " for a week.

After the second dose I felt the same for a few days, and much less

tired but have MTX yuk today, I am hoping that I will still feel

better when this wears off.

I wondered if these experiences are typical, how long it usually takes

to feel the full effects. (I know I am being impatient!) Also

information on how long it usually lasts.

Also grateful for any tips for fatigue, cold intolerance or Humira

experiences (good or bad) and tips.
