Hi ,

I'm glad you it was helpful for you. I have to remind myself

(frequently) that it is time to be less of a human doing and to feel

less guilty for not doing. Fire, the wheel and the industrial

revolution seem to have given us the capacity for poisoning ourselves

in our own excesses. I am up for simplifying things whenever
