Guest guest
I need info as fast as possible and to make it easier and faster on my typing, please forgive the way Im writing this what I need--names and contact info of SUCCESSFULLY fought Lyme custody and Lyme social services cases--specifically the law firms and/or the methods used to refute Munchhausen by proxy cases against parents in Lyme cases ( and cases where one spouse denies the diagnosis as a basis for removing the kid from custody). the names and cases do not have to be NJ precedents to be helpful. why- my neighbor/ friend is facing similar court custody battles but with suspected autism/ developmental delay--the judge refuses to allow a court appointed gurardian or court appointed medical evaluations...and yet the charges are that the mother falsely claims the child is afflicted and needs more care than the father ( who has won primary custody)is ?willing to allow. She is also being denied much visitation on the basis that she refuses to accept that there is nothing wrong with the child. Its my opinion as a Mother and educator, that for a 4 yr old, his inability to form sentences, inability to interact with others his own age or younger, and inabilities with motor skills make it highly likely that he is very developmentally delayed for whichever reason. it is so convoluted that the preschool has " identified " the child as needing services and is now providing limited but specific services ( the father refuses to accept the child's deficits) and those school?records showing " somthing is wrong " are also being prevented by the judge from being used as evidence. The NJ county court system this is being heard in, is under investigation for all sorts of issues including inappropriate judge/law firm " connections " and other lovely allegations of illegal nature.Powerful and monied lawfirms have " mysteriously " won an unsually large number of outcomes. we need fast information to prevent a child from further harm and to allow at least joint custody to happen. The child is now 4 ( was removed at age 2.5 from Mom's care due to Dad's allegations of Mom being mentally ill and falsely claiming something is wrong with the child) ?and this age is? when intervention may prevent him from a lifelong disability or a worse outcome. the father has money and high powered lawyers and the mother doesnt--until recently she was battling by herself without any atty at all.FYI the Mom is, in MY opinion, intelligent, well balanced and is taking excellent care of her stepchild and her own infant with her new husband. if you like, email me privately at finrussak@... and thanks for anything helpful.and fast.
