Guest guest
> > Thankyou to those who replied a while back to my questions on Sulfasazaline. I misplaced my script at the time so didn't start it till yesterday. I was interested in Kat's email this morning about her increased fatigue. I do hope it's not a side effect. My daughter's wedding is in 6 weeks and I have quite a bit tto do and the fatigue is so hard to cope with when it saps energy so much. Kat I'll let you know how I am after a couple of weeks on it. Are you also taking something like Nexium to protect your stomach? I asked my Rhuemy if there was anything cheaper I could take instead of the Nexium and she said Acimmax. When i got the script filled it was nearly the same price anyway. > Hi to everyone on the list. > Annette > >
Guest guest
Hi I'm just wondering if anyone else who takes Sulfasazaline gets headaches. The first week was Ok but now I am getting headaches daily and somedays they are really hard to manage. I spoke to the chemist on the weekend and took Mercindol at her suggestion. It didn't help that night but did the next and I managed to sleep. My GP says not to double the dose yet ( I was due to tomorrow) and see what happens. The DR said the most common reaction to the sulfa is skin complaints but I haven't had anything new. It is so hard to work out sometimes what is causing what! Appreciate any info, Annette
