Hi Ian, I look forward to hearing about your experience with Enbrel. And, yes, I feel that way at night sometimes. Last night everything was just throbbing as I was trying to go to sleep. Sometimes I end up on the couch too... other times I come downstairs and my hubby is still up, I am usually in tears by that point... tears of frustration because I am so tired, yet the pain won't let me sleep.
