Too much pain, help!!!!

Hi all, I've been on remission for quite a while, but

now it's back with a revenge:). Seriously, out of the

blue the PA is so bad that my feet are swollen, I

can't walk and I have two babies to care for, I'm

desperate! My rheumy put me on Humira, methotrexate

and prednisone for a week only, like a shock

treatment. Today is the last day, I'm down to 10mg a

day and tomorrow...I " M SCARED!!!! How will I get out

of the bed if WITH the prednisone I barely walk?

I know that the Humira and the Methotrexate take a

while to kick in, so what can I possibly do in the

meanwhile?
