Guest guest
hi, i was wondering if anyone else is suffering from diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (DISH) disease. my rheumy told me i had that as i was leaving. i had spine xrays in august and then i went back in sept and i remembered to ask about the results and he said i have bone building on my spine. then all he said was come back in 6 months. there are no other rheumy's in my area. so my general doc put me on mobic. my rheumy believes i have fibro and no arthritis, all because the Humira didn't work. my blood tests come back high for inflammation. i had read that fibro isn't an inflammatory disease. i wish my 1st rheumy was still practicing. thanks sue
Guest guest
I don't know where you read that fibro isn't an inflammatory disease everything I've ever read says that it is. My aunt and I go to the same rheumatologist and she has fibro and I have PsA and we both have inflammatory numbers that are very high.
