Guest guest
Hi Stacey, Just wanted to know which muscle relaxer you take. I take Flexeril occasionally and I am groggy the next day. It really does help me sleep though. Janet in NY ************************************** AOL now offers free email to everyone. Find out more about what's free from AOL at http://www.aol.com. Guest guest
I think the fibro makes muscle relaxers react differently on us. I used to take Restoril to help me sleep years ago when I worked graveyard shifts and never had a problem but if I take one now I have a hangover for most of the day. I do better with non-drowsy sinus pills. Have a nice day. Guest guest
I use Gravol - 1/2 tablet as a whole tablet gives me a hangover the next day. I've also tried ativan and imovane with the same result - I find you have to adjust the dosage to suit individual needs. The drug you are mentioning here (tizanadine ) is called Zanaflex. ] Janet in NY ************************************** AOL now offers free email to everyone.
