knee pain( Yuck)

Okay folks I need some expert advice. I had done several chores and

then I decided to go out into the garden and try to take care of some

of the weeds. I was on my knees and have done this before. When I

went to get up I had this severe pain just below the knee. It hurts so

bad I can hardly bend it. I feels like a bruise or something. It

isn't swollen or red it is just plain SORE! My question is this a part

of the Psoriatic Arthritis. I have had a mild season and was just

bragging about how GREAT I feel. I spoke to soon
