Guest guest
Hi Lori, I am very worried for you. " Almost no quality of life to speak of " . That is what is worrying me. What do you mean? Are your meds working? Are you doing/taking anything for pain management? What would give your life more quality? I know this disease can be very debilitating (sp?), and I consider myself very fortunate that my MTX works so well for me. But your statement sounds very despondent. Are you satisfied with the way your meds are working? If not, have you been able to try others? If you are satisfied, perhaps you need some counseling? While this disease can stress anyone out, it is possible to have a good life. I know it's easier to be positive when you are pain free, but even if you are still experiencing pain, it is important to try and be positive.
