Thanks, Kim. You really explained it so I can relate to the pain.

Yes, the sharp pain I was having " took my breath away " . Couldn't do

much until it stopped or I moved a different way. Kind of hard to do

when you're trying to get out of bed, though! I e-mailed Sharon

Whittemore and I'll see if I get a reply from her. The sharp pain has

not been happening so much the past few days. Now I feel a dull ache,

or heaviness in my pelvic bones where the bolts are. Sometimes I feel

the screws where they go into the pelvic bones with a kind

of " twinge " or heaviness in that area. I have also gone almost

totally off of the Oxycontin, so I'm sure that will have some kind of

effect. I am trying to be careful doing my PT exercises, and also

trying my darndest to tighten my stomach and pelvic floor muscles to

help. I'm going to show my PT my x-rays this Wed., and discuss with

them what they think it could be.

Thank you again. Hope to hear more from you!

Sorry, haven't been on in awhile. Twisted my pelvis in September at work and

can't seem to get it to heal up. Doing physical therapy seem to help some but

still in pain. Does anyone have any thought that could help. Hope that everyone

had a merry Christmas.

What kind of diet are you talking about?

Angie Hampton <ahampton002@...>

If you haven't changed your diet. Look into it. Your body will never heal

properly unless you give it what it needs

Hey Angie,

Hope your holidays are going well. I just got a book at the bookstore all about

it. There's also plenty of info on the web. Vegetables and fruits. They do

wonders. A little research and you might find some relief for yourself. You are

what you eat as they say.
