Guest guest
Mel, Do you know if there have been any studies regarding the use of mg injections, taurine, and mg malate in pregnancy and lactation? (That question always comes up with me doesn't it? LOL) I really appreciate the info. Would love to hear more about your wife's treatment, especially if she had managed to decrease pain. Guest guest
Dawn Since you are so concerned about the safety of a critical mineral like Magnesium, why don't you add Magnesium rich foods to your diet? A few weeks ago I posted a list of foods with their Magnesium and Calcium values. Since the balance of Mg to Ca is critical and most people get too much Ca and not enough Mg, choose foods that have higher amounts of Mg than Ca.... and eat lots of parsley. It will take longer to build up the stores of Mg in your cells, but it is an alternate route to increasing Magnesium as well as improving the Ca/Mg balance. You will be surprised at the amount of pain relief you get amongst other things when your cells get enough Magnesium. And, again, go looking in these websites and you will find safety references in _www.mgwater.com_ (http://www.mgwater.com) _http://www.coldcure.com/html/dep.html_ (http://www.coldcure.com/html/dep.html) (http://www.coldcur) Date: Sun, 19 Mar 2006 00:06:58 -0500 From: " Dawn Munn " <dawnmunn@...> Subject: RE: Re: Re: Coenzyme Q10 Mel, Do you know if there have been any studies regarding the use of mg injections, taurine, and mg malate in pregnancy and lactation?
