Guest guest Posted May 5, 2006 Report Share Posted May 5, 2006 Had my disability hearing today and was told at the hearing I was approved which suprised me because I was under the imppression I would get the decision in the mail but hey, fine by me. The judge just asked the basic questions such as what meds do I take. What is my pain level. What is my daily routine. What can and can't I do. Who are my doctors. I was represented by an attorney but I did all the talking. He did a good job on the paper work though and I would recomend him anytime. I applied Jan of 2004 and was told that I was deemed disabled Nov. 2003 so that was a surprise as well. Anyway glad its over as I have been living on savings and I was about tapped out.
