Nice when doctors have some sense

My former spouse is going to get tested for Lyme. I was shocked as

all get out that he new almost as much about Lyme as I do. So he

realizes that it easily could have been both of us that gave our Son

LD and not just me.

His dr agreed to it when considering that he didn't have any herx type

reactions of any kind when on IV Vancomycin for a MRSA infection but

when began on 875mg Amox twice daily immediately went into stomach

problems. Now, into second week feels like total crap.

Gave him advice about taking abx and acidophilus, how far apart to

take them, etc. Not to lay down right after taking abx, etc.

Imagine having a dr with enough sense to order Lyme tests and this is

even a doc with the VA!

He has removed ticks from himself many times in life. When asked how

he did it, found out it was the wrong method of course. Burned them

off or pulled them off.

Days like this allow one to feel there IS hope in the world!
