Guest guest
Oh trust me Kassia, I wasn't sitting still. I can still hit the baseball quite far for 44. And I still did Crunch Time from Fitprime today too. Kathy Re: Thanks Kathy! i think that counts. as long as you were moving instead of sitting still. kassia In a message dated 3/19/2005 8:41:39 P.M. Guest guest
Hey I hear ya on that one. It would also help if you put the name of the workout in the subject line instead of " Tuesday Workout " or whatever, that way the reader will know if they need the info or not. Just a suggestion! Keep up the great workouts! --- kvetro60 <kvetro60@...> wrote: > Thanks - I will try to. Guest guest
I spoke with my rheumy's nurse this a.m. and I have been so angry because the rheumy wouldn't send me anything to help or offer any advice until he can check me. The problem is he can't see me until Tues. and the pain is bad right now! I am trying to stay at work because I have so much piled up on my desk and I am so far behind because I haven't been able to work a full week this whole year. But I don't think I'm going to be able to make it today. I really need to be in the bed, off my feet and on an ice pack or heating pad. Guest guest
Hi I'm so sorry you can't get in to see the Rheumatologist. I have had those days, and they're NOT fun!!! I lost my job of 11 years in December due to this illness, I had just missed tooooo many days. I was put on FMLA, used all those days, and then some. I was also going thru a divorce. I had been married 20 years, so of course that caused massive stress which also effected my disease in a bad bad way. My job was very stressful, and I have noticed that i've been able to cut my pain meds in half since I lost my job. I wish I had my paycheck back, but at least this way I have alternatives to the pain meds. I can go lay down when I need to, get on ice or heat when I need to, it's just better this way. The only thing I have to worry and stress over now is money. Maybe losing my job was a blessing in disguise! Best of luck to you, and I hope you feel better soon! *soft hugs* Misty tcctyclk <tcctyclk@...> wrote: I spoke with my rheumy's nurse this a.m. and I have been so angry because the rheumy wouldn't send me anything to help or offer any advice until he can check me. Guest guest
- I had a coupon code that took off 25% and got you free shipping and handling. It should only cost around $28 total (product, tax, and no shipping). Link: http://video.barnesandnoble.com/sea...713522955 & itm=1 Coupon code: H6T9C3U to use at checkout You can use a BN membership card which gives you another 10% off. The BN invoice price after tax would then be under $24. If you use Ebates you get another 4% from Ebates in the form of a rebate. --Kathy Calvin: I'm a genius, but I'm a misunderstood genius. Hobbes: What's misunderstood about you? Calvin: Nobody thinks I'm a genius -------------- Original message -------------- It worked! THANK YOU KATHY! I went through the whole process, and then at checkout.... I forgot about s & h costs, which was $17 something and made the total $44 and some change. I decided that since I already have the weights I can get the dvd's at Ross eventually. I might even have one already *L*. In the end, I resisted. However, for those of you who are new to home video fitness and don't have hand weights yet, this is a super deal! Today is jeans day and I'm happy to report that I'm on my last belt loop. Two months ago I was three belt loops in the other direction. YESS! This not drinking and working out more is starting to pay off! Hope everyone has a good weekend! kvetro60comcast (DOT) net wrote: Try this one: http://video.barnesandnoble.com/search/product.asp?z=y & EAN=018713522955 & itm=1 ..
