I have been reading the most recent posts and noticed someone saidyou can get it through sharing razors and toothbrushes. My sister andI have always used mom's razors when we were at her house. Our kidshave on occasion used her toothbrushes. Should I be worried? What isamazing about her getting this disease is she has never drank, useddrugs, and she married my Dad right out of high school. No riskfactors. Just goes to show you that this disease can affect anyone. Thanks for listening. P in Louisiana

Caprise, I am paying cash. Many

insurances to not cover this procedure. Some people get personal loans to get

this done. I understand that Dr. Aceves

also offers a portion of it through financing through their offices. Many

people I know have saved up for this.

I am paying for it through scholarships/loans (school), I figure I can get an education and get my health in order as well. I work part-time to pay for my expenses. Luckily, my dad is going to help with $1,500 and I will have the rest by January. I put my $500 to save my spot for Jan 27th, and will make two more payments to pay up my bill; one in December and one 2wks prior to surgery. I don't want to carry that much money on me, so I am taking care of it ahead of time. So, you can make payments and if you decide it's not for you they'll refund it back but if you're writing the check you're pretty much sure you're going through with it. So - once you have paid $500 that is the down that you need to pay in order to schedule a surgery date - correct? and they will accept the balance by check the day of the surgery?Kelli <psichikel@...> wrote: I am paying for it through scholarships/loans (school), I figure I can get an education and get my health in order as well. You can pay the rest prior to surgery, if it is a check they need at

least 2 wks for it to clear. If you want you can get cashier's check

made to Dr. Aceves and pay on the day of your surgery.

I know I'm full of them. lol... I'm trying to figure out what is actually

related to the disease and what is not?? Do uze deal with exhaustion?? Major

mental and physical exhaustion was one of my very first complaints that

something was going wrong with me. Then the pain started in my joints and

muscles shortly after, memory loss, sinus trouble... They tested me for anything

and everything they could think of. I'm surprised I have any blood left and

that I'm not glowing from all the nuclear exams (MRIs and CTs) of all my body

parts. They even sent me to a cancer doctor, pulmo, heart, neuro, ENT...
