Guest guest
I have had to do this several times as I infections and surgeries. My experience has been that I find Enbrel to be less effective eachtime I have had to restart it. What that means is that I find more and more symptoms come back even after I have been back on Enbrel for months. I also take MTX and yes I have stopped it at the same time as the Enbrel. Good luck with your surgery! I find in all seriousness keeping a good positive outlook on the process helps me through the painful periods. Guest guest
I have stopped my Enbrel before for about a month and I didn't really have many problems...I had a little swelling and pain, but it was not that bad. As soon as I started taking it again, all the pain and swelling stopped. There were no problems going back on it.
Guest guest
hi, when i once stopped Enbrel for a month, ive experienced some joint pain which was predictable, yet what i haven't expected was that the psoriasis became very bad and in new places never had before. but bear in mind that each one of us his body would react differently, i wish u good luck and may your experience would be better than mine. God bless u Ghaida
