I had athroscopic surgery on my right elbow in January to remove

inflammation and a bone spur in my joint. I have been taking physical

therapy 2x a week and still cannot straighten or bend my elbow fully.

I have -20 degrees in the extension and I'm stuck at 105 degrees

flexion. The doc says I now need open surgery to remove scar tissue in

my joint from the first surgery. He said my best hope is to wear a

Dynasplint brace immediately after surgery for 5-6 hours a day. I

don't have any insurance and the splint costs more than I can afford.

My hope is that someone who has had the same problem, has one that they

would be willing to sell to me or rent to me or whatever. It has to be

for flexion and has to be for the right elbow. If you have any other

suggestions for me please let me know. I'm running out of ideas.

Thanks so much for you help. I'm glad I found this board.

Hi Jenni,

Wanted to welcome you to the board. I try to say hello to any new members but

I think I missed you. I'm glad you found us. I am sorry that you are having

so much trouble with your elbows. I'm lucky in that my elbows and knees rarely

give me too much trouble. Just about everything else does but my elbows and

knees are ok. lol

I hope you get what you are looking for from us.

Take care,
