Guest guest
> Tricia, I worked for a on demand charter company. I also flew a private corporate jet for a company.I have'nt flown for 3 years due to the medication I was on. You have to be able to get your flight physical and with the pain pills and prednizone I was disqualified. Yes the flying biz is tough. I am the only guy of all the pilots I worked with who is still married after almost 30 years. The rest have been married and divorced 2-3 times. Being away from home for 10-14 days at a time does'nt help. Anyway, thanks, and try and relax and enjoy your next flight. > > Are you a pilot? Guest guest
Betsy Jack itsbetsy@... GREAT NEWS ! I was disapproved and will reapply so I know what an accomplishment this is. I filled out more paperwork just to get DISapproved than I filled out when I was applying for college. This will make your life so much easier. I'm truely happy for you. We have not " met " but I've read your posts. -Betz Had my disability hearing today and was told at the hearing I was approved

I've been trying to get approved since 2002, and in Dec., added a two-week stay on the acute psych ward and a Depression and ADD diagnosis to my litany of ailments, and still I got rejected... again. Hi Sportsling, I was actually congratulating on getting his disability application accepted. The messages seemed to get mixed up so it looked like it was me who had just been approved. I was fortunate enough to get mine approved a couple of years ago. I know it is difficult Sportsling but all you can do is try again. I don't know how similar the US is to us here in the UK but over here they refuse a very high percentage of the initial claims but a good percentage of appeals are accepted. I hope that can be the case for you too. I think you have just got to let them know that you are not going to go away until you get it. That is easy for me to say, sitting here not having to worry about it, at least until it comes round again but it is the only encouragement I can give you. I really hope you get approved in the future, sooner rather than later. Good luck,

Guest guest
SSD is what I have too and yes they are stubborn about approving it... I was put on oxygen 24/7 two months back and they still would NOT approve it... And then I was taken back off during the day on oxygen... I still have to use it at nights and sometimes I am breathy in town I use the Wally Worlds carts (if available) and that sucks... WHY they wont do this is beyond me... I have health issues and they should approve it... But your right, SSD/SSI are cheap... Sorry about that... Guest guest
Get an attornet immediately. My bro-in-law burned his hand-wrist to tip of finger 3rd degree, at work in the kitchen. He thought commonsense would prevail so he handled it himself- 18 months later he broke down and hired an attorney and 6 weeks later was on 4/5 disability. --- Shaun <twohearts1977@...> wrote: > SSD is what I have too and yes they are stubborn > about approving it...
