Guest guest
Hi, , I'm on MTX and Remicade. I had a crown done earlier this year to a rear upper molar. The combination of several novacaine shots that particular nerve during four different visits in a six-week period and the tugging on the jaw was a bit traumatic for me. Best as I can figure, the nerve became inflamed, triggering pain and numbness in the upper left side of my face and causing the left eyelid to twitch. It took several months to settle down, and that eye still twitches when I'm fatigued. Best of luck. Hope all goes well for you. ===================================================== Stein WEBSITE: http://www.noblefusion.com/astein BLOG: http://www.livejournal.com/users/astein142/ ----------------------------------------------------- ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Sponsored Link Mortgage rates near 39yr lows. $510k for $1,698/mo. Guest guest
Hi , That sounds awful!! I'm so nervous about having all this work done. The dentist says I should expect a substantial amount of bleeding and I'll probably feel pretty bad for a few days after because my immune system will be at work in my mouth. I wondered what kind of experiences others have had if any. Thanks for sharing yours. Stein <darkart42@...> wrote: Hi, , I'm on MTX and Remicade. That is also the standard prescribing method as well. I may be an exception to the time that they keep me off of them because I have a double whammy with the dx of lupus as well so my immune system is not as great as it should be. Do get your docs clearance before the dental proceedure! And the best of wishes!
