Guest guest
Hi,All. This is about my 3yo daughter. I'm convinced she's Aspergers. No diagnosis, though, even after a year of me trying to get doctors and the Regional Center to see it. Now she's got signs of peripheral neuropathy waking her up in pain every night. I've given up on doctors and other professionals and I'm just treating her w/Andy Cutler's protocol. But a Dr. friend at church recommended taking her to a pediatric neurologist. He said he could do a test called an EMG (sp?) to test her nervous system. At first it sounded like a good idea--maybe I just haven't taken her to the right type of specialist. On the other hand, I'm quite jaded. What can a neurologist do for her? Do they diagnose ASD? Do they just prescribe drugs? If so, I'm not interested.
