Go to the website and type in medical + MGN3.

My brother is using it for his wife. Can it help? Maybe!

It looks pretty good. Dr. ,MD is quite credible and I would

also try to get him to take Raw foods as much as you can.

VITAMIN C FIGHTS CANCER

Someone was confused when they told you Vitamin C feeds cancer--

SUGAR FEEDS CANCER, not vitamins. Sugar is food for cancer

cells. Cancers love sugar. I think cancers would die without sugar.

A cancer survivor says: DON'T EA " WHITE FOODS " --WHITE FATS, WHITE

SUGAR, WHITE FLOUR, WHITE SALT (man-adultered), etc. See the

" Hallelujah Diet " at:

http://www.hacres.com/

Natural Vitamin C FIGHTS CANCER. Dr. ing recommends you take

enough Vitamin C to reach tolerance level--diarrhea. Then titrate it

back to just below this level.

One of the ways Vitamin C fights cancer is by neutralizing free

radicals. Another way is by protecting your genes and chromosomes

against mutations. Cancer Cells often arise because of gene and

chromosomal mutations. Vitamin C also helps make collagen to keep the

cancer cells from spreading. It is God's natural " antineoplaston " way

to encapsulate the bad cancer cells. Vitamin C helps make hormones,

which help fight cancers. [High levels of DHEA is one of the best

preventors of cancers.]

http://www.bookman.com.au/vitamins/vitc.html

If you want information, type whatever topics you want, for

example: " Vitamin C Cancer " at:

http://www.mamma.com/

http://www.google.com/

Then share it with cures for cancer. We'll get a lot more information if

everyone does his homework.

If you have little oranges, or ORGANIC oranges (lemon, grapefruit,

etc.), you can also eat the SKIN. [i wouldn't use oranges sprayed with

cancer-causing pesticides.] The skin is rich in bioflavanoids, which

works with the Vitamin C. You can slice the skin and put it in a

salad. You can also eat the seeds. (If you buy seeds from Africa,

the seeds still contain Vitamin B17).

Some MAN-MADE Vitamin C are bad for you, so research the Vitamin C

before you buy it.

Vitamin B17 (The Cancer Vitamin)

The seeds of citrus fruits were once a good source of Dr. Kreb's

Cancer Vitamin (B17), but (through genetic engineering or selective

breeding), it no longer contains Vitamin B17 in the U.S. So you can

eat apricot seeds or apple seeds to get your cancer vitamin. [The

apple seed will taste a little bitter, like bitter almond.] Bitter

almond trees, once widely grown by American farmers is now

outlawed...it was an excellent source of the Cancer Vitamin, B17.

Dr. Kreb recommends you eat only as much of the seeds as you can eat

the fruits. For example, if you eat 10 apricots, eat 10 kernels. The

Vitamin B17 selectively kills cancer cells, but does not harm other

cells if you have enough nutrients [sulfured proteins, Vitamin C,

Vitamin E, etc.]

Vitamin B17 is also in Flax Seed Oil, wheat grass, and barley greens.

I feel this is one reason why wheat grass juice and barley greens are

such good detoxifiers and helpful to many diseases such as cancer.

You can grow the plants and make them yourself, or buy them off the

web. You need to buy a quality products. Hallelujah Acres sells

Barley Greens. (see website above)

:) Joy

P.S. I want to grow Cassava Plants as a cheap source of Vitamin B17

(Cancer Vitamin). If any of you know where I can buy Cassava Plants,

please post it to cures for cancer. This is a repeat request (I didn't see

my previous post appear in this group.)

Robyn, Never fear! South Carolians won't parboil

and eat ya up like crawfish! LOL SC is a wonderful

state with great folks and even better scenery. As

far as a lyme literate doc well I'm not sure about

that. I haven't yet gotta a diagnosis but then I'm

paying as I go outta pocket and have only been

able to go to clinic occasionally with the

frustration of seeing a new doc every time. I did

twist their arm into getting me the basic lyme

test with the typical resulting neg result and

that's as far as I got in that pursuit. I'm sorry

I'm not much help, but my main intention was to

reassure you that you're not entering a third

world country and that we do speak english albeit

with many a different accents! Just around the

Lowcountry where I'm at you'll hear about five

different accents!

Hi Robyn in SC,

http://www.lymealliance.org/research/grier/grier_1.php -THIS IS A

SUPER SITE.........it has all of Tom's articles as well as those by

Bransfield. Look here first. I like Tom's writing style as it is not

so technical and easy to read. Bransfield, M.D. actually has an

article at this site that will explain to your counselor HOW TO DO AN

ASSESSMENT of Neuro Lyme...be sure to print that one off for your doc!

This one is Dr. Fallon's site - the one doing the clinical trials at

Columbia. He's like the " Father of Neuro Lyme & Psychiatric Symptoms "

http://www.columbia-lyme.org/flatp/lymeoverview.html

There are several great articles here authored by Dr. Fallon

And of course, let's not forget Burrascono's Bible for Lyme Disease

http://www2.lymenet.org/domino/file.nsf/UID/guidelines - Print this

one too.....it has his treatment protocol and is the authoritative

paper.

Here's one with some natural treatment approaches that discusses

neuro symptoms, by Dr. Bock

http://www.rhinebeckhealth.com/articles/lyme.htm

This one has an easy to look at list of all the different symptoms,

even a separate category for psychiatric symptoms:

http://www.ocean-beach.com/_tick/tick_lymesymp.htm#NEUROLOGIC SYSTEM

(CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM)

I'm so glad you are talking with a counselor...........please try to

stay open-minded about the medications. It doesn't really matter if

the symptoms you are having are caused by Lyme Disease or " stress " or

being just plain nuts...the meds will help nonetheless.

As you get further along in your treatment of the Lyme, the

psychiatric symptoms will often lessen. But I know I would not be

here today had it not been for a wonderful Pain Management Specialist

and a psychiatrist who was at least willing to consider Lyme. And I

much prefer Life with a little medication than I did before I started

taking them. And my family and friends enjoy me much more now then

before. And you don't have to be medicated to the point of feeling

like a zombie. I've adjusted my dose (with my Dr.) several times to

find that balance. And I go weeks at a time without panic attacks or

the need for anti-anxiety meds.

It does get better. Or maybe when you get the pain under control,

you get some quality sleep, you start the antibiotics to whittle away

at those spirochetes.........as all of these things are incorporated,

you will find that the psychiatric symptoms lessen considerably.

You're a fighter Robyn! Keep fighting with knowledge and

information. And if they don't listen to you, find a different one.

Besides all the trouble finding doctors.....how is SC? I know it was

hard for you to leave your comfort zone of..........NJ? I think that

is where you used to live. I wish the best for you, sweetie!

Treating the symptoms of Lyme Disease, including psychiatric ones, is a good

thing I think. If you have mental problems from the Lyme that are making you

suffer, it's good to treat them while you treat the Lyme through your LLMD.

It will help with the quality of life overall. Granted, probably lower doses

would need to be used. Here are some links that I hope will help:

Try taking around 500mgs magnesium Pam and this should help stop

the constant thumping. If that doesn't help, some benefit greatly from some

Progesterone. It

might be that you need hydrocortisone where you can spread the effects out

throughout the day, rather than taking the long acting pred. which you take

only once a day - and yes, you would need to talk to Dr P about the best way to

change over. To get a telephone appointment you would need to phone Jo or Lynn

on 01883 623 125, His telephone days are Wednesday's when he doesn't have a

clinic elsewhere.

Let me know if the magnesium works Pam.

Luv - Sheila

Is there anyway I would be able to have a telephone consultation with Dr P

sometime soon. I crashed 2 weeks ago and have had constant insomnia, anxiety

etc nil energy and have had to go up to 7.5mg Pred as from yesterday but it

just hasn't stopped the constant thumping from my heart which I find really

distressing.

Its there all the time and I cannot help but focus on it which stops me from

sleeping together with my mind not shutting off. My pulse is only around 72-75

but its like I can hear every beat. I am taking low dose betablockers when the

anxiety gets too much.

I feel I am cracking up at times but also have other times usually the

afternoon when I feel more normal. My doctor says its stress cos I have

overdone it. I haven't been able to tolerate any thyroid medication for 2 weeks

now so surely I must be getting low but I get a bad reaction to only 1/4 grain

with more anxiety and sweating.

My blood sugar keeps dropping very quickly despite doing virtually nothing

which makes me think I do need some thyroid.

Definitely in a mess right now and wonder if there is a chance I could talk to

Dr P.

Many thanks

Pam

Thanks Dan and Sheila

After a dreadful morning and a long rest I have felt a bit better, still cannot

sleep but can relax. Also have tolerated 1/4 grain Thiroyd taken 11 am which is

encouraging. I realise I should have upped the Pred 2 weeks ago but somehow

didn't think of it, guess I thought things would settle down as I dropped the

thyroid meds but it became that just eating would set off an attack with every

breakfast and dinner however that seems to have stopped today for which I am

very relieved.

My heart doesn't feel so stressed and I did manage to go out to a couple of

shops this afternoon briefly without getting the raised heartbeats which is also

encouraging.

Sheila I have been taking 500mg magnesium plus injections every other day for

the past 2 years, my GP is going to check my electrolytes next week and of

course have a test for T4, T3 and TSH. Also I had been taking extra h/c but it

also was having a bad effect on me, my adrenals were overreacting to some of the

doses but it doesn't do this on the Pred which just feels natural somehow.

I appreciate the help, will try and see if I can tolerate just 1/4grain for a

few days and then raise to 1/2. Going have to be patient, something I am not

too good at!

I am totally confused as to what is happening in our family. I have an

older daughter who was severely low on b12...lost lots and lots of weight....she

is grown up and on her own... Another daughter and I are having some really

weird issues and the dr doesn't have a clue as to what is goin on.

We have major pain in arm and shoulder muscles...sometimes ribs or spine. It

goes down the arm to the fingers. Now it is goin up the neck and hurts in ears

and mouth. We are gf/cf/nut and most legum free. I am wondering if it could

be a thiamin issue...but if it is how do I balance riboflavin....one other

daughter is showing these same signs...but she is also low in b6. Any ideas to

help here???? The dr has no clue at all.

Thanks

Sometimes it feels like it is stabbing, other times like a burn. I wish it would

take a nap!!! Also depends on the position...the longer it is in it...like

sleeping..the worse it is when we get up.
