What to do about new ocd behaviors - result of viral die off?

My son used to have a lot of ocd and repetitive behaviors before gfcf, and

biomed and chelation, but not for a long time.

In the last couple of weeks he has become obsessively neat, if he drops or

spills food or liquid, he becomes hysterical and has to have a towel, and gets

on his hands and knees to clean up. Or he will pick up food off the floor to

eat it. He is like Felix Unger from the Odd couple. Also, when my husband or I

go out or leave the room, he gets hysterical crying, never really did this

before, to this extent. Maybe a little crying, but this gets embarrassing.

Also, when he is upset, he repeats the same irrelevant types of phrases:

" Grandma sick " and he invokes the names of all of his aunts and uncles (as if to

call for them as saviours to help him with his distress). His grandmother was

sick a couple of months ago and we told him he could not see her because of

that. His teacher has even commented that he does this when she has to force

him to sit for circle time. But we can't figure out why he recites these

phrases.

He has not really had a yeast flare up since we upped his Enhansa and

antifungals. He really hasn't exhibited any behaviors that he generally gets

with a yeast flare up. However, we have increased his antiviral protocol, so I

am wondering if this is viral die off? He gets 400 mg of OLE instead of 200, he

gets 1200 mg per day of lysine up from 800 mg, 6 virastop a day up from 3, 600

mg of Enhansa, and about 8000 iu of vitamin A.

What can we do to ease the ocd? We don't want to decrease the antivirals,

because this and the chelation have yielded some really great gains in the last

few weeks.
