It's a good thing you've planned to stop taking the oregano oil. It's likely too

early in the program for you to be taking an extra antifungal, and that's why

you're getting such severe bloating (you've only been doing the program for 4

days).

Here's a quote from Bee's excellent website:

" Antifungals (other than coconut oil and Pau D'Arco tea which are part of the

diet) can be started when you are able to take 6 tablespoons of unrefined

coconut oil daily without getting severe die–off/healing symptoms. "

If you didn't read through the information about Bee's candida program that was

e-mailed to you when you joined, then have a look now so you'll be able to see

how the program works:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/candidabasics.php#a5

To have success against candida, it's important to follow Bee's program

carefully. There are dozens of success stories on her website to tell you that

Bee's program really works:

+++Hi Amy. You wouldn't get bloated taking the kind of salt I recommend, which

is " ocean sea salt. " Table salt is actually very harmful, while ocean sea salt

is important and beneficial to health - see these articles to understand:

You are bloated because of candida which produces carbon dioxide (gas) when it

is being killed off.

Hi Amy, The bloating is die off. make sure though that you are having the right

type of salt. Celtic sea salt is what is recommended. Also, make sure that you

are drinking water that has minerals in it. The best, like tap water filtered

through a Brita filter. This has helped reduce my bloating.

Also most iodized table salts contain dextrose to adhere the iodine to the salt.

He gets his probiotics and enzymes. What else can I give him to help with

bloating?

At my house, this was caused sometimes by intolerance [foods or supplements] and

sometimes by yeast overgrowth.

Does chelation reduce the size of the belly when diet will not?

Does passing BMs where there are 2-3 different colors, aand textures, and where

the BM has an odd chemical smell mean you are passing metals?

Cilantro used to give me terrible headaches like those experiences in relation

to mercury symptoms for me, after amalgam removal if I happened to have eaten it

accidentally. I have been told this by other toxic adults also who experienced

the same thing.

So if you are toxic and know you have a mercury problem...it just might not

agree with you, even as a garnish. The amount I had was sprinkled in

salsa....and that was all it took. Be cautious.

metals doesn't make sense to me either. I understand not using it medicinally on

my son, who is mercury toxic. But for the daily health regime, I think it would

still be beneficial to maintain health...

It depends on what the bloating is from...

Often, a protruding/distended belly in ASD kids is either yeast overgrowth or

compacted bowels.

Try testing pH first. The ideal pH of the body is indicated when the urine is

6.6 and the saliva is 7.4. Yeast grows rapidly in more acidic environments, so

if you are losing the yeast war, this could be why.

We also know that yeast and mercury are a dynamic duo. You can't rid one

without the other. Being that pH strips are $0.99 via Buy It Now with free

shipping on ebay, you really should have them on hand. They are a great aide.

If he is overly acidic, try 1/2 tsp of baking soda (Arm & Hammer may have

aluminum, Bobs Red Mill isn't supposed to) in a glass of water a few times a day

to alkalize. If he is overly alkaline, well, you can't rule out yeast entirely,

but I would look at something else.

If overly acidic, too, you can try Hazelwood jewelry. It will give you one less

thing to do:

Betaine HCL is great for digestive issues when a child doesn't have the enzymes

to break down the food. It HAS to be swallowed or it can cause tooth enamel

breakdown and burn. www.qncenter.com has the best HCL -- they also have a very

good product called Digestion.

Activated Charcoal helps with digestion and absorbs toxins -- it helps with

INDIGESTION, not necessarily digestion. If there are toxins and gas causing the

bloat, then activated charcoal will help.

Bentonite Clay will absorb toxins, smother bacterias, etc. which may help.

Similar to activated charcoal. Both AC and clay are supposed to absorb metals.

American Health's papaya enzymes are great. So is l. reuteri chewables - a

probiotic that is relatively cheap.

Summer McFarland
