Guest guest
I used three lac for quite a long time then went to a gastro doc who tested my stool and found that it wasn't doing anything. He told me to take primal defense, which is expensive, but works!!! candidiasis@...: whimwham@...: Tue, 4 Nov 2008 05:47:42 +0000Subject: ThreeLac? I'm just curious, has anyone here tried this? Guest guest
I have used it and it worked great for me, but I do not recommend that anyone do any probiotics or antifungals without first following a good diet and in conjunction with a good diet. Taking probiotics while eating junk foods is like turning on the furnace and opening the window. There are no miracle pills or potions in my opinion, and diet is the foundation of any candida program that is worth anything in my opinion. Guest guest
Hi ThreeLac didn't work for me either, so I checked out Primal Defense when you mentioned it, and found this warning: http://quackfiles.blogspot.com/2005/05/primal-defense-hso-probiotics-warning ..html Does anyone have any thoughts about this? Guest guest
Primal Defense has bacillus licheniformis in it; the company lists the bacillus, which has been associated with cancer several times in the literature, as an ingredient. It's more its toxins that we would be concerned about with regards to a cancer-causing infection. Guest guest
That blog page was gone. However, if it's anything like the Quackbusters site I'd totally ignore it. Quackbusters is total, well, duck doo-doo. Guest guest
Make sure that you have your kiddos strep titers tested BEFORE you use three lac....it has a strep type pro that can really mess your kiddo up IF they are strep active...we found that one out the hard way....big time issues for a long time...
