My son takes 15mg of biotin 3 times per day,I've been giving him 1/2 capsule of magnesium along with it. I'm about to reorder magnesium and I want to order the best form for him. He has never really had constipation issues but loose stools in the past. Should I use the glycinate form? Any thoughts would be a blessing. Thanks!
