Guest guest
HI everyone, My son initially responded *very* well to Thorne Methyl-Guard (mB12/TMG/folinic). Huge language boost. I used 1 capsule/day for about 9 months. This was in 2005. After probably 30 rounds of TD-DMSA and oral DMSA/ALA I restarted Methyl-Guard and he responded negatively (hyper and agitated, mostly). This was probably in 2007. I just decided to try again with Methyl-Guard and he seems to tolerate the same 1 capsule per day. I'm not seeing huge gains but his language is approaching typical already. Why would this tolerance go back and forth? I'm assuming the original success and culprit was the TMG since he continued to recieve the mB12 and folinic separately without problems. Thanks.
